Welcome to Myentreo (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Myentreo mobile application and related services (the “Service”).

By accessing or using Myentreo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services Overview

Myentreo is a technology platform that connects users with independent local entrepreneurs and delivery partners for:

  • Pickup and delivery services
  • Order fulfillment
  • Local logistics support

We do not directly provide delivery services. All deliveries are fulfilled by independent partners.

User Accounts

To use certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

Orders & Payments

  • All orders placed through Myentreo are subject to availability
  • Prices and delivery fees are displayed within the app
  • Payments will be processed via third-party payment providers
  • We do not store full payment card details

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Orders may only be canceled within a limited time window
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed based on our refund policy

Refund Policy

When You’re Eligible for a Refund:

  • Your order arrives damaged
  • You receive the wrong item
  • Your order was not delivered as confirmed

Note: Reach out within 7 days of delivery with details and supporting photos.

When Refunds May Not Apply

  • Orders already in fulfillment
  • Completed services
  • Incorrect details provided

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically reflect within 5–10 business days.

Role of Delivery Partners

Delivery services are fulfilled by independent contractors, not employees of Myentreo.

  • Delays caused by partners
  • Issues arising during delivery
  • Actions or omissions of delivery partners

However, we strive to ensure quality through training and standards.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for unlawful or fraudulent activities
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service
  • Abuse or harm delivery partners

Pricing & Fees

  • Delivery fees may vary based on distance, demand, and service type
  • Surge pricing may apply during peak hours
  • All fees will be clearly communicated before order confirmation

Intellectual Property

All content on Myentreo, including:

  • Logos
  • Design
  • Text
  • Software

is owned by or licensed to us and is protected under applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myentreo shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business
  • Service interruptions or delays
  • Actions of third-party providers or partners

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Myentreo and its affiliates from any claims arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Misconduct or negligence

Platform Access and Availability

  • Services are available via mobile app and website
  • App usage is subject to App Store terms
  • Features may differ between platforms
  • Services may be modified or discontinued at any time
  • App Stores are not responsible for service support

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms or applicable laws
  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity
  • Initiate chargebacks or payment disputes
  • Misuse the platform
  • Interfere with platform operations

We may cancel orders, revoke access, and recover losses if necessary.

Third-Party Services

  • The app may include integrations with third-party services (e.g., payments, maps)
  • We are not responsible for their performance or policies

Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time
  • Continued use of the app means you accept the revised Terms

Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States
  • Disputes fall under courts in Miami, FL

Delete Account

  • You can request account deletion at any time.
  • Your data will be removed from our system.
